Snap-on bottles

PlasticProgress Pharma Packaging manufactures a range of snap-on plastic bottles for spray pump devices for nasal, oral, throat, ear, and topical applications.

Our snap-on bottles are manufactured in HDPE and white masterbatch in full compliance with the current European Pharmacopea edition. The bottles are produced using state-of-the-art injection blow moulding machines, offering superior dimensional accuracy and quality.

Our current range of snap-on bottles has a S20 bottle neck finish, and comprises the following capacities: 12ml, 20ml and 30ml.

Compatibility reports of our snap-on bottles with spray pump device manufacturers are available upon request.

A new range of snap-on bottles with a different neck finish, compatible with other spray pump manufacturers, is underway.

Our snap-on bottles are manufactured and sealed in our main ISO Class 7 cleanroom, with injection and moulding taking place in enclosed cabinets with HEPA filters and laminar flow of ISO Class 5, regularly audited and certified according to ISO 14644-1 standards.

Packaging of the snap-on bottles is performed in heat-sealed double bags, in compliance with a validated packaging procedure to ISO 11607-2 standards. 

Should you require sterilization of the snap-on bottles, this is available through our partners using Gamma radiation or Ethylene Oxyde (EtO) sterilization process according to your product requirements.

We are available to submit to the FDA all required documentation to obtain a US DMF Type III Packaging Material for our snap-on bottles, once we receive your purchase commitment.
