Validated Packaging

The packaging of our range of Snap-on bottles and 3-part droppers that require sterilization is performed under a validated procedure according to ISO 11607-2 standards.

Bags compatible with Gama irradiation or headerbags for EtO (Ethylene Oxyde) sterilization are sourced from specialist suppliers, and the snap-on bottles and 3-part droppers are packed in double bags with an identification label on the inner (primary) bag.

The bags are heat-sealed, with the critical parameters of temperature, time, and pressure constantly monitored and documented.

Our objective is to enable the sterilization, physical protection and preservation of sterility, and also to provide an aseptic presentation of our products, up to the point of use by our customers.
